Mary-joy Okasi Esq: Is the Managing Partner. She acquired her LL.B Degree with honours from Lagos State University, Lagos with a dazzling award. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009; she however, before this period has carved an inch for herself having previously worked in several establishments like, DHL Int’l, Sanders Feeds Limited, NNB Bank to mention but a few having studied and bagged her Bsc in Political Science from the same university before acquiring her LLB and BL.

She acquired thorough pupilage for years from sound legal practitioners including a seasoned Senior Advocate of Nigeria with law office in Ikoyi, Lagos State. Her unique research instinct and related sound practice background have all culminated in turning her to a crack litigation lawyer with High and Appellate courts experience, especially in Corporate Management, Oil and Gas; Environmental, Maritime and Banking laws. A member of Nigeria Bar Association, Premier Branch, Lagos

As a prolific writer, she has authored several articles and also has some paper presentations to her credit.
